Convenient location. Spacious rooms and good cleaning
Good value hotel in Tulum with friendly front desk Luis. The pool on the rooftop is a bonus to cool down after warm days in Tulum. Clean room and bed, have good wifi speed and close to all the Tulum eating spots and street food vendors.
The guest was very kind and nice, the studio is clean and perfect for the center in tulum in terms of location. The guest let us stay until 3 pm the day we left, so kind ! We thanks her for her advices during our stay. We recommend

Hace un par de meses fuimos de vacaciones a Tulum y nos hospedamos en este lugar, las habitaciones son más bien tipo departamentos con muy buen confort, limpieza una pequeña cocineta lo suficiente para pasar unas buenas noches, la alberca está limpia y de noche se disfruta muchísimo, estacionamiento privado y seguro, nos atendió Luis excelente anfitrión, nos dió recomendaciones en todo momento estuvo atento y al pendiente de nosotros, amable , amigable y sobre todo resolutivo sin duda alguna nos volveremos a hospedar aquí
Large rooms. Kitchenette. More of a condo type rental than a hotel. Nice rooftop pool. Excellent location on the main drag. Had a problem with the door lock which was fixed promptly. Safe is too small for a laptop or ipad so that could be improved. Fyi.

Good value for money! Friendly and very helpful staff! The pool and rooftop terrace is nice, good wifi, good kitchen and equipment. Everything was clean and comfortable, good TV! Ideal location, directly in the centre! The AC could have been a bit stronger because there was a lot of humidity in the room. Hotel is quite easily accessible by outsiders which makes it a bit less secure.
